Dental: Mailroom Attachment Solution

NEA developed the mailroom Attachment Entry Station (AES) to allow Payors to digitize dental attachments received in the mail and transmit these images to NEA's repository via NEA's FastAttach™ software. This allows Payors to achieve the efficiencies and cost reductions of processing attachments electronically. The AES is able to produce 50+ attachment files per hour. Click here for a demo of the AES system.

As Providers gain the capability to send attachments electronically, the need for the Payor to digitize the attachments will diminish.

Depending on your mailroom volume, NEA offers 3 levels of AES systems.
