Access insurance carriers' attachment requirements with NEA's FastLook®. FastLook® is an online portal of insurance carriers and their attachment requirements for specific procedures. FastLook® was developed to streamline dentists' access to Payors attachment requirements. It is available 24/7 and has all of the up-to-date information you need to determine which procedures require attachments. It's easy!
- Search by carrier name.
- Enter the procedure code OR search by a range of codes.
- FastLook® will display the procedure and give a detailed description plus the carriers' attachment requirements.
FastLook® also provides the carrier's mailing address, customer service contact information, clearinghouse payor ID #, and attachment return policy.
