NEA FastAttach system requirements are:

  • A Pentium desktop computer
  • 32 Megs of RAM or more
  • Monitor and video card capable of 24-bit color in 800x600 resolution
  • Windows 2000, Windows XP, or Vista (contact NEA about Macintosh solutions)
  • Internet Explorer 5.01 or higher
  • Electronic Claims submission
  • A means to digitize attachments (digital radiography or scanner with transparency adapter)
  • High Speed Internet
  • Note: Scanner requirements are different from FastAttach requirements
