Payors Support

Payors utilizing the FastAttachTM system receive unlimited free support over the phone.

Each Payor will have on staff one or more "NEA Administrator(s)" who should be able to assist staff at the insurance company with NEA related problems. Also, we encourage you to call us at NEA to resolve any problems you might encounter.
